Overview : Located in the centre of Kings Lynn, Liquor & Loaded is an old historic building that has a lot of natural timber showing upstairs with very modern, stylish and contemporary elements downstairs. It contains incredible artwork throughout with stylish modern chic at all angles. The building as a whole manages to capture the perfect balance between modern and classic quality design. When we were asked if we could finish off their plans in the classic upstairs area and downstairs in their modern, contemporary graffiti area we gladly set about designing and planning for their unique project.
Planning & Production : Liquor & Loaded required 1 straight run of bench seating and 3 booth areas upstairs with vintage oak tables in the set ups throughout the room to match. 6 doubles and 4 single tables in total. Also a vivid and vibrant run of bench seating downstairs was required to match the graffiti artwork on the wall behind. The team at NU instantly drew out and planned for the layout, table and seating plan and production commenced.
The Finished Project : The finished seating areas were designed, produced and completed in house, then delivered and fitted promptly. The upstairs units were a gorgeous subtle Plum faux leather by Christina Marrone Infiniti Collection, with classic style deep buttoning and a stunning Danish oiled natural oak kickboard which matched perfectly with the natural oak beams flowing through the structure of the building. Beautiful natural vintage oak tables were then put together and installed on site. Both bench and table units combined together, perfectly complemented the area they were in, perfectly combining with the vintage, classic look throughout the upstairs area. Downstairs in the modern area required a different approach. With visually striking, electric pink and black backdrop of incredible graffiti work we went with a matching electric pink vinyl with black top stitching and fluted backs and a gorgeous dark oak kickboard. Together with the backdrop the outcome was outstanding. The job as a whole was a massive success and our clients couldn’t be more happy with the entire process and the finished job.
